Jesus found this same problem in His day and proclaimed His mission was to \u201cthe lost sheep of God\u2019s house.\u201d Religion seeks to keep men pacified, thinking they are fulfilling their spiritual responsibilities while at the same time leaving them far short of the standard. This leaves those claiming Christ literally \u201clost in God\u2019s house\u201d and asleep to His kingdom. Jesus led those lost sheep out of their malaise with the message of the kingdom before, and we believe it\u2019s that <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.theawakenedchristianman.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Pursuing-slide-1-300x191.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"191\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-933 alignleft size-medium\" \/>message that will do it again today! We believe God is orchestrating current events around the world to cry out to His lost sheep, \u201cThe time is short! Awaken, O sleepers and arise from the dead that Christ [and His kingdom] might shine on you\u201d (Eph. 5)! But, also as before, there was a steep price for following Him.<\/p>\n<p>Jesus brought the kingdom to earth, preached it, lived it and then died, was resurrected, and sent the Holy Spirit to seal and insure it forever in our hearts and minds. Such valuable gifts are not given lightly. If you want to be the hero instead of the bystander in your story, the kingdom is to be pursued diligently and passionately. Anything less than priority-one pursuit will not be rewarded. It is that \u201cPearl of Great Price\u201d Jesus spoke of, therefore those who wish to find it must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Forsake everything in this world and every perception they ever had, \u201ccounting them as rubbish that they might gain Christ [it]\u201d (Phil. 3). That means:\n<ul>\n<li>Fealty to any person(s) or thing<\/li>\n<li>Love of money<\/li>\n<li>Attachments to and hope in worldly governments<\/li>\n<li>Prior perceptions concerning what it means to be Christian<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Initially, discipline ourselves [\u201cbeing willing to do His will\u201d (John 7)] to:\n<ul>\n<li>Spend time with Him in prayer and study<\/li>\n<li>Be obedient to His commands to love and serve others<\/li>\n<li>Seek out the regular fellowship of others also on this journey<\/li>\n<li>\u201cPresent our bodies to Him as living sacrifices\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Realize the transformation must take place in our minds (Rom. 12):\n<ul>\n<li>We must \u201cseek first His kingdom and His righteousness\u201d above all else<\/li>\n<li>We can \u201cno longer be conformed to this world\u201d if we want to enter the kingdom but must \u201cbe transformed by the renewing of our minds to prove what the will of God is [that we become the kingdom citizens He came to make us]\u201d<\/li>\n<li>The kingdom involves an entire change of perspective that will transform the way we view, react to, and treat everything<\/li>\n<li>We must be willing to accept we have been living in a false reality because it can be seen and felt, \u201cThe Matrix,\u201d and accept an entirely new one that comes only through faith, \u201cthat not seen.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Which results [personally[ in Hebrews 12 maturity:\n<ul>\n<li>That which began with the disciplines that seem \u201cnot to be joyful\u201d and eventually culminating in \u201cthe peaceful fruit of righteousness\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Understanding the fruit of the kingdom is always inner peace regardless of whatever the world may throw at us<\/li>\n<li>Realizing whenever we start losing our peace we are engaging in kingdom \u201ccross training\u201d and getting back where we belong<\/li>\n<li>An abiding relationship with Christ (John 15), where we can confidently say, \u201cIt is no longer we who live, but Christ who lives in and through us, and the life we now live we live for Jesus who loved us enough to die for us\u201d (Gal. 2)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Resulting [corporately] in John 17 kingdom community [check out \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.Marketplacesaints.net\">www.Marketplacesaints.net<\/a> for more]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.5.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Become a mighty man of God<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To pursue the kingdom will require nothing less than the full effort of mighty men of God who are willing to forsake all else to follow Jesus into it. King David\u2019s mighty men of God did in the flesh what we must do in the Spirit:<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8221;1_2,1_2&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.5.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; custom_margin=&#8221;-50px||||false|false&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.5.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.5.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strengthen ourselves together in community (Heb. 10:25)<\/li>\n<li>Station ourselves and defend their territory (Hab. 2:1)<\/li>\n<li>Bring about great victories (1 Cor. 15:57)<\/li>\n<li>Break through the enemy\u2019s ranks (2 Cor. 10:4-5)<\/li>\n<li>Put our lives at jeopardy (John 5:13)<\/li>\n<li>Win a name for ourselves (Phil. 2:9)<\/li>\n<li>Earn \u201cmore honor\u201d than others (1 Tim. 5:17)<\/li>\n<li>Do many valiant deeds (Jos. 1:9, 1 John 3:18)<\/li>\n<li>Help each other in war (2 Sam. 10:11, Phil. 2:30)<\/li>\n<li>Use both hands well in battle (2 Cor. 6:7, Col. 3:23)<\/li>\n<li>Become trained for battle (Heb. 5:14)<\/li>\n<li>Have faces like Lions and run like Gazelles (Isa. 40:31)<\/li>\n<li>Rely on God\u2019s Spirit within us (Phil. 1:27)<\/li>\n<li>Be the army of God (2 Tim. 2:3)<\/li>\n<li>Come armed for war (Eph. 6:11)<\/li>\n<li>Understand the times (Matt. 16:2-3)<\/li>\n<li>Remain loyal (1 Cor. 15:58)<\/li>\n<li>Become expert in war (Gal. 5:16-17)<\/li>\n<li>Be stouthearted (Eph. 6:13)<\/li>\n<li>Never break ranks (James 4:7-8)<\/li>\n<li>Develop loyal hearts (2 Tim. 2:1-2)<\/li>\n<li>Be of one mind (Phil. 1:27)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.5.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221;][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/www.theawakenedchristianman.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Pursuing-pic.jpg&#8221; title_text=&#8221;Pursuing pic&#8221; align=&#8221;center&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.5.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; custom_margin=&#8221;120px||||false|false&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;||||false|false&#8221;][\/et_pb_image][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.5.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; custom_margin=&#8221;-50px||||false|false&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.5.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.5.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Are you willing to do whatever it takes to pursue the kingdom? If so, your reward will be great both in His kingdom here and in heaven!<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8221;1_5,3_5,1_5&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.5.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_5&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.5.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221;][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;3_5&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.5.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.5.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">Call to Action!<\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">God doesn\u2019t expect us to accomplish what only He can, but He does expect us to accomplish whatever we can.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Read all the pages of this website, sign up for the blogs and get my book, The Kingdom Election [when it becomes available summer of 2021], find a small group who will do likewise and gather to understand and engage the kingdom.<\/li>\n<li>Pray for: God to reveal the kingdom to you, and for Romans 12 renewing of your mind to see the unseen kingdom as the real one and the seen kingdom as the Matrix.<\/li>\n<li>Accept you play a role in the kingdom, it is a partnership between you and God, and that means you are partly responsible for your spiritual growth.<\/li>\n<li>Determine you are going to follow and love Jesus \u201cin deed and in truth.\u201d No more sitting on the sidelines watching others play the game. Find a ministry or people doing the kind of service [including the making of disciples] in the marketplace you feel God leading you to and join them. Chances are if it\u2019s something God is involved in you will find others already doing it.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: center;\">Determine you are going to endure whatever setbacks, disappointments and frustrations you may feel in the process of becoming a kingdom saint. Isaiah says, \u201cYet those who wait for the Lord will gain new strength.
